Position Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Project Manager who can quickly become a trusted advisor for our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects with a focus on CRM and CMS solutioning.

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high client satisfaction.

  • Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and present solution approaches to clients.

  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, testers, and stakeholders) to ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

  • Drive project planning, execution, and reporting while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

  • Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Gantt charts for project tracking, documentation, and workflow management.

  • Ensure compliance with project governance standards, processes, and documentation.

  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and solution-driven approaches.

  • Identify opportunities to develop new features for improved user experience.

  • Create lean and efficient deployment plans.

  • Collaborate closely with Product teams to align with product roadmaps.

  • Analyse data, identify trends/patterns, and think creatively to drive adoption of products.


Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management with a focus on technology solutioning.

  • Strong expertise in CRM and CMS platforms.

  • Proven experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and solutioning.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate project teams.

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, wireframing tools, and Gantt chart-based planning.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver scalable, client-centric solutions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as in a team.

  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

  • Comfortable with MS Office, Google Docs, and Sheets.

  • Meticulous in following operating protocols.

  • Strong ethics and team spirit.
