Role Overview

The Partner Solutions Director will lead the Client Solutions & Implementation Team responsible for configuring and customising Optimiser CRM and Optimiser Touchpoint to meet client requirements. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring deep client engagement, solution design, and leadership. The individual will drive requirement gathering, understand client challenges, and develop solutions that ensure successful implementation and adoption of our products.

Additionally, this leader will play a direct role in high-value enterprise client and prospect engagements, shaping proposals, solutioning complex requirements, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Partner Solutions team responsible for product configuration and customisation.
  • Oversee end-to-end client solutioning lifecycle—from requirement gathering, design, configuration, UAT, and go-live support.
  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for efficient, scalable implementations.

Client Engagement & Solutioning

  • Engage with clients and prospects to understand business challenges, operational workflows, and strategic objectives.
  • Translate client requirements into Optimiser product configurations, ensuring maximum value realisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimise CRM and engagement processes through our solutions.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders during and after implementations.
  • Lead and oversee data migration initiatives as part of partner solution implementations, ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient transfer of data across platforms.

  • Collaborate with technical teams and partners to define migration strategies, resolve data quality issues, and minimize downtime during transitions.

  • Establish best practices, documentation, and governance standards for large-scale data migration projects in line with compliance and security requirements.

Enterprise & High-Value Accounts

  • Directly lead solution design and implementations for high-value enterprise clients/prospects.
  • Partner with sales and product teams during pre-sales to develop solution proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Negotiate and finalise technical and functional scopes for enterprise deals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product Management to feedback client requirements into product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on solution offerings.
  • Represent Optimiser at client meetings, workshops, and industry events as needed.

Key Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in solutioning, configuring, and delivering customised enterprise SaaS/CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of membership organisations, professional services, or enterprise clients is highly desirable.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with ability to understand business challenges and translate into technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional implementation/solution teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment with global clients.
  • Strong understanding of membership organisations, banking, Retail, professional services, or enterprise clients is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for project management, workflow tracking, and collaboration.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA Preferred) but not mandatory.
